The Foundations Growth Cohort is a structured, high-accountability group experience designed for growth-stage business owners who want to lock in their business framework, align leadership, and execute consistently—without the cost or intensity of a fully private engagement.
Each cohort includes five to six business owners, each participating alongside their Second-in-Command (2IC). The cohort format combines shared learning, peer accountability, and real-world application inside each participant’s business.
We offer both industry-agnostic and industry-specific cohort options, allowing participants to benefit either from cross-industry perspective and best practices or from shared industry context, language, and challenges.
